Frac Pumper
Frac pumper is very important equipment in oil/gas/petroleum exploitation. Adopting high-pressure, solvent and liquid carbon dioxide pumping, this hydrofracturing unit is capable of working in wide range of circumstances, including extreme climates from arctic to desert and tropical conditions. As manufacturer dedicated in researching and developing hydrofracturing units, Petrokh provides multiple types of frac pumpers. They are configured with horizontal radiators (including hydraulic thermostatically controlled fan), heavy duty exhaust systems, heavy duty air cleaners with pre-cleaners, engine pre-heaters for extreme conditions, over-pressure safety devices, emergency shutdown devices, fuel/hydraulic power end coolers, electrical trace heating FE-pipelines, suction or discharge dampeners, etc.
1. It is high pressure pumping unit in truck, trailer or skid mounted type.
2. WithDetroit/Caterpiller/Cummins diesel engine, this frac pumper is capable of working at various HP ratings.
3. High pressure triple or quintuple plunger pump is applied.
4. Electrical heating system is powered by hydraulic generator
5. Safety management and communication can be remotely controlled.
6. The suction manifold of frac pumper works well in CO2 management service.
7. Multiple pump manifold configurations are provided.
8. Various options for fuel capacity are offered for your choice.
- Frac Blender
Fracturing blending unit (mobile blending unit, frac blender) is a trailer mounted unit for the purpose of mixing fracturing fluids with chemicals and proppant. The total trailer mounted fracturing blender is designed to provide low/high rate fracture slurry to fracture pumps through open tub blending system. It is the most vita...
- Data Van
As core monitoring equipment for on-line fracturing, fracturing data van can real-timely collect, display, record related data and information about various pumping and well parameters. Besides, it can analyze and manage this information such as to realize central control on several fracturing pumpers. Adopting international sta...
