HSC210 Mobile Blending Units

HSC210

HSC210 mobile blending units are widely used in oilfield for oil exploitation. With stable working performance and large blending capacity, this trailer mounted fracturing blender can supply abundant sand slurry for multiple on-line working fracturing units. It is driven with hydraulic oil power generated by the diesel engine. Then, oil pumps are put into motion by the transfer case, and actuate each motor to conduct processes like sand delivery, blending, cross-link, and so on. HSC210 mobile blending units are utilized for heavy duty fracturing operations.

    • 1. It features good cross-country capacity and high displacement.

    3. HSC210 mobile blending units are driven with power generated by deck and chassis engines, and the installed power is up to 500 HP.

This trailer mounted fracturing blender is equipped with multiple automatic control systems, including liquid level control, density control, liquid additive control, dry additive control and discharge control system. What’s more, data acquisition, feedback and programmable control operations can be easily realized.
