Truck Mounted Cementing Equipment
As the core product of cementing equipments, the truck mounted cementing unit has been most widely used for decades. At present, the chassis of domestic and foreign brands are mainly utilized, such as Volvo, Benz, MAN, Kenworth, North Benz, etc., with main drive modes of 6 × 6, 8 × 4 and 8 × 6. Based upon different operating conditions, three modern plunger pumps with various plunger sizes are optional: GJC40-17, GJC45-21 and GJC70-30.
1. Petrokh’s truck mounted cementing units are designed for maneuverability in locations limited in space.
2. Customized designs can be developed to meet the requirements of any truck chassis or any environment, including Arctic cold weather to desert conditions.
3. Our truck mount cementers can be equipped with the patented petrokh reciruclating mixing system for precise and continuous cement mixing during high pressure pumping operations. This system can be run either manually or automatically used.
4. In truck mounted cementing unit, mixing power is partially supplied by chassis engine which increases the actual operation power of main engine.
5. Off-center dry cement valve avoids bulk from choking.
6. Emergency shutdown system is set for air inlet.
7. Plunger pump overpressure protection system is applied.
8. Other configurations are portable wireless/wired data acquisition system, diesel coolant, pre-heat system, etc.
