Transfer Case
In oil well stimulation, transfer cases are widely used to drive the winch, rotary table, chassis and many other devices and truck parts. With transfer cases, the winch and rotary table can work both independently and simultaneously. Apart from this, the rear axle and front axle of the chassis can also be driven individually as well as at the same time according to the road conditions: if the road is smooth enough, the front axle should be released; but if the road is rugged or muddy, the front axle should be connected. Although this driving way increases technical complexity, it can prevent the vehicle from being stuck into sunken roads. Besides, it can alleviate tyre wear. Our transfer cases are featured by compact structure and reliable torque transmission.
- Right Angle Gear Box
Right angle gear box (angle gearbox) transfers torque through a pair of bevel gears, each of which is perpendicular to the other. A transmission shaft is utilized to connect the power input shaft with the output shaft. When the direction of a torque is changed by the bevel gears, the torque is put out through the chain wheel on ...
- Chain Drive Case
Chain drive case is an assembly of gearbox and chain drive transfer case. The gearbox inside can rotate both clockwise and anticlockwise, which endows the rotary table with ten gear shafts: five shafts clockwise and the others anticlockwise. Besides, there is a turntable clutch and a brake which prevents the rotation from revers...
