XJ250 Workover

XJ250 workover rig contains a single drum drawworks and a hydraulic lifting double (or single) derrick. It is a drilling rig for well intervention. Its power comes from the hydraulic transimision case or from the chassis engine. This workover drilling rig is single in structure and suitable for mobile operation. Besides, its installation is easy and maintenance is convenient.

  • Skid-mounted workover rigs are drilling rigs for oil well intervention. They are widely used in intermittent oilfield operations like fracturing, acidizing, cementing, well killing, gravel filling, and so on. Its main components are carrier, carrier, right angle gear box, drawworks, brakes cooling system, hydraulic winch, hydro brake, substructure, swivel, air slip, air system and hydraulic system of driller's console. XJ150 rig adopts single mast, other rigs apply double telescopic masts. Our skid-mounted workover rigs have been popularly sold nationwide, taking the lead in Chinese market. What is more, they are also exported to many other countries, including Ukraine, Canada, Russia, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, etc.

  • 1. Chassis is powered through PTO by engine. Besides, the skid-mounted workover rig adopts heavy-duty wide wheel-base axles, low cross section tires, high strength steel beam, hydraulic assist steering and dual pipelines brakes.
    2. Mast is designed as per API-8C and it is of double section II type. The hydraulic raising and telescope mast is designed with dual safety protection. FEM analysis is applied when designing the mast.
    3. In the skid-mounted workover rig, CAT and Detroit diesel engine is applied to increase working reliability.
    4. Allison transmission, engine throttle and gear shift can be remotely controlled.
    5. Both single drum and double drum are available.
    6. Disc clutch and band brake are applied as main drum braking system. Brake rims are cooled by forced water circulating cooling system. Hydro-brake or air controlled disk brake is optional as auxiliary brake.
    7. Skid-mounted workover rig is centrally controlled by electric system, air system and hydraulic system.
