Self-Propelled Workover Rig

1. This self-propelled workover rig adopts ZYT 5580/12 ×8 truck mounted special carrier.
2. Heavy duty carrier (8 × 8, 10 × 8, 12 × 8, 14 × 8) is made by ourselves. Besides, hydraulic assist steering system is applied to increase cross-country performance.
3. In the drilling rigs, CAT diesel engine and Detroit diesel are matched with ALLISON transmission box and TWIN DISC hydraulic transmission box, which fulfills highly effective transmission.
4. Rotary table can be driven by electric power. Emergency motor power is optional when buying the self-propelled workover rig.
5. Belt or disc brake can be used as main brake, and air brake or water cooling disc brake can be used in brake assist system.
6. Rotary table can rotate both clockwise and anticlockwise. Besides, it can also move forward during rotation. In this way, it can meet DP screw rotary operation. And anti torque releasing device can ensure that the torque is released before the DP distort.
7. In the self-propelled workover rig, the telescoping derrick is lifted and lowered with hydraulic power.
8. Derrick substructure is double-section telescoping or in parallelogram structure. The height and floor area can be designed according to users’ requirements.
9. To meet different operation requirements, we apply perfect solid control, well control, high pressure manifold system, generator house, air source house, preheating chamber and mud pump set.
10. Transmission system of rig, derrick, drawworks and control system are centralized on the carrier, so the self-propelled workover rig can be transported expediently and operated safely.
11. Its design and manufacturing sticks to principles that it should be safe, reliable, advanced, convenient and economical. The whole performance conforms to HSE (Health and Safety Executive) requirements and rules.
12. The technical performance and parameter accords with the national and industrial standards, including GB 3826.1, GB3826.2 and SY5609. Main components of the self-propelled workover rig conform to API Spec Q14F6A7K8A requirements. Besides, the rig is manufactured in compliance with CCC (China Compulsory Certification) standard.
